Road Trip Day 6: Kansas City MO to Mema's House (Four Points, KY)

Since we knew we were heading to Mema's house today we were eager to get there. We did minimal stops to eat and bathroom break. Our only actual stop was half way in St Louis by the riverfront to see the arch. We were only out of the car for 2 min and everyone was breaking down from the heat/humidity. We snapped a few picture at the arch and then headed straight for lemonade stand. They could have charged us $50 and we would have paid.

Leighton and I recreated the picture at the arch we took Oct 2011 (HERE) when we were moving out to Seattle. 

After 2700+ miles we were so happy to get to Mema's house! The girls have been great riders. The last 10 miles to Mema's house included a screaming Levi but other than that he has done good for a 2 year old!

 Highlight for the girls was catching lightning bugs in a jar and bringing them to be their nightlight!
