No it really shouldn't be called WWIII. But when congestion occurs and mommy is determined to suction then sometimes there is a struggle. Shooting saline up her little nostrils is probably the hardest task. The good thing is when you leave the hospital to go home after delivery they give you an awesome suction bulb that is better than anything at the store. So if you are pregnant make sure you do not leave the hospital without it!
