Our church hosted the 4th annual Party in the Park at BF Play field a week ago. It was hot but we enjoyed meeting new neighbors, bouncy houses, grilled burgers, face painting and a pretty good raffle nonetheless. Thanks to all the Hallows volunteers who helped Wes put this on!
Then one morning when I was stalking where Hot Revolution Donut truck (best little, hot powdered donuts!) would be set up, we stumbled upon another festival in the neighborhood of Magnolia. Win Win.

Then Friday we hit up Columbia Lutheran Home's block party. It is the nursing home we have been visiting the past couple of years. We primarily have been visiting Ms Ann but overtime, we have gotten to know other residents and their families. Praise that Wes was able to get a bible and have some conversations with one lady.
