Explore WA: Bainbridge Island

ferrying across
We have been across the ferry to Bainbridge Island before but never stayed the night in the little town. Since mom and dad had a few more nights in town and our apartment is too small for all of us we rented a little house close Winslow on Bainbridge. It is called the Hobbit house due to its design.
super cute on outside; the girls would not stand still for a pic
I did get one of all 4 of them
The side of the house at water mill. There were a few rubber duckies the girls like to watch fall down the stream…
The girls favorite feature of the house was the mini- hobbit house or the playhouse.
A lot  of relaxing and more eating continued… even got Dad to get Japanese with me though he doesn't want to claim it.
We did visit the Bainbridge Island Children's Museum, KiDiMu. The girls loved it. It is not too big but just right when there are only a handful of kids there. The girls got so into story time with worker and Wes got into the kids games/contraptions.
He did use the oversize light bright to spell Leighton's name….
Loving the pretend play!
The trip was capped with too much ice cream, reading, a little window shopping and more food!
Till next time Bainbridge!
