Staying Cool with Family and Friends

I am just now getting our pictures from our trip to KY and TN off my camera. We went to stay with the grandparents at the end of July. We got to see all our immediate family and most of our extended family. Real treat.

It was hot so we enjoyed doing a lot of swimming! First at Mimi and Big Daddy's ….

 Big Daddy enjoyed the sidewalk chalk more than Leighton….

 Then at Grami and Papa's we also cooled off!

Cousin Connor and Sadie opening birthday gifts…

 And Clay (Ashley's 2 year old son) didn't mind giving Sadie rides in the stroller.

 Thanks for hosting us grandparents and Michael and Katie….. and thanks to everyone who had us over for dinner, came and visited, went to museums with us, cooked for us, etc. You guys sure know how to make us feel welcomed and loved. We appreciate it more than I can express.
