Week ??? of Stay at Home (aka May 2020)

The fun continues through May with trying to continue to social distance, finish up school, and enjoy some warmer weather!

There was even a camp out in the yard this month. Levi and I slept inside while Leighton, Sadie and Wes slept in tent!

This month Sadie got tired of wearing PJs or work out clothes all day and began going through her closet and changing 4-6x a day. She even wanted us to have a "fancy" stay-in dinner. 

She also made list of items she needed to do during day such as "sing to my family" and write sweet apology notes to various family members.

Leighton prefers only comfort of sweats and PJs. 

Flat Mrs Nichols showed up and Sadie and her had a great time. 

The girls got to go to Target. It was their first time going in a building other than their house in months and they loved it!

Homemade chocolate chip cookies and apple tart have been on repeat too.

Levi got a forehead cut

Then school had end of the year parades for seniors and staff... we let Levi drive though parking lot

and Levi's school/teacher stopped by too!

The teachers give character awards to all the students each year. Sadie got "servant's heart" and Leighton got "discernment". I see it too in them.....

Leighton has self taught sewing  and continues to pick pretty flowers for us.
