Goodbye Tour/ Day Trip on Levi's 2nd Birthday
Friday was Levi's 2nd birthday! I took off work to spend the day celebrating his life with Wes and the girls who were off for Good Friday. There are several day trips that we have enjoyed over the years. We didn't want to wait until the week before we left Seattle to try to frequent our favorites in the area (plus that is impossible) so we started our goodbye Seattle tour with a day trip.
One of our favorite routes is traveling north on I-5, stopping at Chick-fil-a for breakfast, stopping in Mt. Vernon/ Skagit Valley to see the tulips/daffodil, driving further to Anacortes to have the Carolina bbq sandwich from Dad's Diner, then taking the scenic path across Deception Pass down Whidbey Island, stopping in Coupeville for ice cream, and catching the Mukilteo Ferry back to I-5 south.

Some things two year Levi is doing and enjoys!
- He can count from 1-10
- He enjoys playing in pools and bath water
- He likes to throw balls, tackle, and take walks
- He likes to play with toy animals and anything Wizard of Oz
- He is talking a lot more and when I tell him he is a big boy he says "No Mommy's baby" :)
