Blooming into Spring

We have entered our 5th Spring in Seattle and finally made it to see the cherry blossom trees on the University of Washington's campus. There is so many in the quad area that is just beautiful. It looks like low hanging clouds made of flowers. The family picked me up after work since it is in between the hospital and our house. We brought our camera and tried to capture some pictures of the girls playing (along with a ton of other people who were also taking advantage of a gorgeous Spring day).

The older they get the better friends they become. It is so sweet to listen to their conversations of birthday parties, hear them say "I missed you" when they have been apart, listen to pretend play storylines when they play house, watch them initiate games of hide n seek in the park on their own and more!
Wes got a few pictures of my ever so large 37 week belly with the girls....
Leighton was amazed that the flowers from the trees actually smelled liked cherries.
 Well done, God. Beautiful creation.
