Explore Seattle: Sports Arenas

Papa came to visit over his birthday! We were able to celebrate his 53 years of life by taking him to the Olympic Mountains for the weekend. But when we returned he decided the rest of his time would be taking tours of the different sporting event arenas in Seattle. 

He spent some time teaching Leighton to dribble and doing anything to get her to laugh. He packed her about 20 miles it seems like over the week.

 After getting back from ONP, Dad had Wes take him on a few stadium tours....

And Safeco Field where the Seattle Mariners play

Besides sight-seeing there was a lot of reading and playing going on....

I hope Dad enjoyed being here as much as we enjoyed having him. Leighton connected with him right of way which was great.... Ill give credit to Skype for allowing her to see him on a regular basis and become familiar. She even teared up when he got out of the car at the airport. I love that she loves him even if she doesnt know what that means yet at 15 months!
