Candy Cigarettes and Sunsets in Michigan

The last time we made it to Michigan was six years ago when we camped  outside of Holland. We said we would be back and I thought it would be sooner than six years! This time Grami and Papa met us there and we also rented a little lake house on Lake Michigan. Unfortunately both girls were sick at different time during the short time away but made the most of it. We laughed a lot, mainly at myself and the kids embracing smoking candy cigarettes. 

Levi was the brave one who got into the cold lake. Sadie eventually joined after she couldn't take it anymore! 

We visited an old reconstructed windmill from the Netherlands and Dutch village. 

Enjoying the sunsets at night and watching Levi hunt for tiny sea shells was a highlight. 

The girls, more so than Levi, enjoyed shopping in downtown Holland.
