Back to School

And they are back! Wes and the kids headed back to WCA this morning! Leighton is a sophomore, Sadie is in 8th grade and Levi is in 5th grade. Wes continues his role as Dean of Men and P.E/Common Arts teacher. They were all ready to go back with Levi expressing he was very ready. They had a relaxing and full summer. The week prior we grabbed dinner out on the river that weaves through Cleveland and visited a bookstore. Other pictures are from first week and getting back into the swing of reading consistently before bed and from Open House night at school. 

My prayer for this year is Lord, give them wisdom beyond their years. Guide them to make choices that reflect integrity and courage. Surround them with friends who lead them closer to you. Give them the discernment to recognize that is good, true, and worth their time. Let their influence be through humility and character, not outward beauty or popularity.
