One-Night Camping Trip: East Harbor State Park

We went camping at a state park about an hour away. We had been there before and it is a great spot on lake. This time three other families from church joined. It was hot and muggy! We only stayed one night due to thunderstorms the next day. The kids love camping and it is a great time for them to be creative, be with friends and be outdoors!

The highlight for our family is that we purposely bought about 6 extra bags of marshmallows and when people began to make smores we started a massive marshmallow fight! Our kids had fun being in on the surprise attack. At first people were confused then they had fun participating!
