Happy Heart Day

The world celebrated Valentine's Day on Thursday saying things like love is in your hearts and to follow your heart but it is interesting how God says our hearts are deceitful. (Jeremiah 17:9) I dont mean to sound like a Debby Downer because I love loving but I was studying something similar to this at women's bible study and couldnt help but think about how much our culture tells us to follow our hearts but in fact our heart /emotions will only lead us astray. Rather following the Bible, God's teaching, loving him, and using our minds is better.
Anyway on Thursday, Leighton had Co-op and they did some Valentine Festivities such as the entire class wore pink and painted hearts!
