Six Months = Sweet Potatoes
Happy Thanksgiving and Half-Way to One Birthday Sweets! So much to be thankful for this year. Leighton is at the top of that list! "Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever" Psalm 107:1
We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with my Mom, Michael, Katie, Marc and a big group of our church community at the Bound's house. Pictures from the day.....

Big girl turned six months old on Thanksgiving Day but had her well-visit this past Tuesday. She is still a little string bean. 80th percentile for height and 10th for weight. Doctor says she looks healthy and hitting milestones so we will roll with it. Sitting on exam table...
More vaccines : (
Since she is 6 months we are going to start solid foods...skip the rice cereal and go straight from breast milk to veggies!
She "acted" ready ... wearing nothing but a bib...
First up....sweet potatoes!
She was hesitant and trying to figure it out this new substance...
Mom I dont know about this...
Milk please....
On another note.... anyone tired of the same ol boring nursery rhymes? the wheels on the bus go up and down..up and down... twinkle twinkle little star...how I wonder where you are? well Wes found a guy named Andrew Peterson. Get his album on iTunes "Slugs and Bugs and Lullabies" for some baby songs you will enjoy singing along to!
