Mothers Day Weekend!

We are in the stage of friends and sports on the weekend so Wes and I are still acting chauffer, chef, cleaner, laundry mat, playmate, and more for the kids. They are growing in independence but we are still intricately woven in their day to day.
All that to say, for Mother's Day weekend, I watched 3 soccer games, did a lot of driving friends and Levi to/from birthday parties, and hosted two friends for the girls sleepover.

Sadie played great this weekend so we stopped for frozen yogurt in Medina on our way back!

neighborhood kids come out with the net goes up

Mr. and Mrs. Collins are selling their house we invited all the neighbors who share a backyard with us over for s'mores since the weather was nice Saturday night.

Levi wrote a sweet letter at school and chose to give me two coupons. 1) watch a basketball game with him which he said I could use as many times as I wanted and 2) he would do the laundry which he said was limited to one-time use and included no sorting

Wes made buttermilk pancakes for us all on Sunday morning
and Levi accompanied me to a coffee shop
Leighton asked me to go play tennis with her since she knew I enjoy it which was sweet.

tired girlies after a late night slumber party

All I asked for (since the kitchen re-do is covering them for a while, ha!) was a book light!

I picked Don Ramones for dinner after church!

Happy mothers day to all of you who wear so many hats and or different hats now that you are a grandmother!
