We have had some sweet times in September with a visit from my parents, Grami and Papa, for the weekend along with good weather and plenty of dog time.
We got him a bed with a goal that he lays on it if upstairs. We shall see how this last.
Grami and Papa came up and Levi keeps them busy playing cards. We also did plenty of fires, scores, and playing.
We also went to a farm,
Ransom Sage, for apple picking, pumpkins, and more :)
Our friends and neighbors, the Baumgardners, who have kids that go to school and church with us celebrated CS Lewis day by having us over for fried fish and watching the Lion, the Witch and Wardrobe outside along with some games such as sword fighting and archery at our house prior.
We also have spent a lot of time in the Elmwood park woods and going on walks!
Levi has loved going to girl's school and making new friends. His teachers sent us these pictures!
I love how responsible they are in wanting to order for themselves, pay and speak with adults with confidence.

the adults and kids always have a good time going to the Guertin's House and so fun to celebrate birthdays.
And Sawyer is growing! 3.5 months and 40 lbs!
