Explore Cleveland: Great Lakes Science Center and Hales Farm

Grami and Papa came to visit mid August. Always start your first night in Cleveland with a Lake Erie sunset.
The next day, we had Levi with us as the girls were at school. Papa and Levi started the day off throwing rocks into the water.
Then we headed downtown to go to the Great Lakes Science Center.
The Browns football stadium is next door. Levi said "I want to go there and watch football."
First we toured the Mather Steamship (1925-1952) which was interesting and so big to be on a lake but it is the great lakes. They mine items like salt under the lakes which is so fascinating.
Then we went into the science center and caught a show at the IMAX about rescue dogs. Then we went through the science center. Levi like the car room the best. The Great Lakes Science Center is really neat. Well done, Cleveland.
The next day the girls were out of school so we went from the city to the country. Hale Farm is located by the Cuyahoga National Park and is a working farm from the 1800s.
Dad and I celebrated our birthdays too while we were together. The girls wanted to decorate for us and get cakes! Here's to 34 and the big 6-0 for Dad!
