Rest: CCEF Conference, Chattanooga

The elders and wives were fortunate enough to be supported by our church and attend the CCEF (Christen Counseling Education Foundation) annual conference this year again. It was in Chattanooga TN this year and my parents came to Cleveland to watch the kids as they have sports and school events they couldn’t miss. Despite growing up in southern KY and Western TN, neither Wes nor I had spent time in Chattanooga. We absolutely love the conference material on REST, the worship by Church of Brookhills (though we missed hanging out with the band this year), and the food/fellowship with our friends.

 

A bonus for the weekend was my longtime friend Mary Ann driving up from Huntsville AL to have lunch with us.
