"Always Winter, Never Christmas"

Nothing drained the holiday cheer from me faster than Levi having a seizure the weekend before Christmas. We had been to the movies as a family to see Wicked. He seemed a little restless during the movie but I thought he just wasnt interested in the plot. Early the next morning, he came into our room feeling bad and had a fever. We gave him medicine and he stayed in our room with me. Neither he nor I could go back to sleep so we watched the Grinch. As he was failing back to sleep (and I was still awake), he started to seize. I am thankful he was right next to me and I was awake. Praise to God! His doctor optimized his med for his weight/Keppra level but no other changes. He went on to have a fever for next few days and head cold.
